Our mission is to create sustainable growth and maximize returns for our clients. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Asset Management to oversee the management of our current asset portfolio, including the conversion of undeveloped land banks. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial analysis, strategic decision-making, and asset management.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement investment strategies that align with client objectives and drive maximum returns.Monitor portfolio performance, analyze market trends, and make recommendations for adjustments to enhance performance.Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments and assess their risk-return profiles.Oversee and review the performance of existing revenue-generating portfolios and property management activities.Manage the approval and expenditure process for portfolio budgets.Asset Management:Oversee the management of assets to ensure alignment with overall investment strategy and maximize returns.Collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and financial analysts to optimize asset performance.Prepare detailed asset performance reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure smooth administration of all assets within the portfolio.Client Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and client representatives, understanding their investment goals and providing tailored solutions.Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to asset management, investment strategies, and asset administration.Market Research:Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks that could impact the portfolio.Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and economic indicators affecting investment strategies.Collaborate with third parties to generate market reports and asset-specific studies.Additional Responsibilities:Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Asset Management.Qualifications:At least 15 years' experience in real estate, asset management, finance and/or construction industry, preferably as asset or portfolio manager.Strong understanding of real estate markets, financial modeling, and risk management.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead a high-performing team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions based on market trends and financial analysis.Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).Minimum of 5 years' experience in the GCC in a real estate/portfolio or asset management role.Employment Type: Full TimeCompany Industry: Facilities ManagementDepartment / Functional Area: Contract Management, Quantity SurveyingKeywords: Director Of Asset Management, Asset Management, Construction Management, Contract Management
