Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer specializing in both print and digital mediums to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that align with client objectives and brand identities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts and design solutions for both print and digital projects.

Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other design elements for various marketing materials.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with overall brand strategies.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance design output.

Adapt designs for different platforms and formats, maintaining brand integrity across all channels.

Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.

Understand and apply graphic design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.

Maintain branding guidelines and ensure consistency across various formats and platforms.

Familiarity with specifications and best practices for creating ads on social media platforms.

Craft concise and compelling ad copy that complements visual elements.

Leverage data from social media ad performance metrics to optimize designs.

Adapt designs for different formats, placements, and devices while maintaining visual impact.

Understand print production processes and specifications.

Adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.

Digital Design Requirements

In today's digital landscape, graphic designers need to possess a strong skill set in digital design to remain competitive and adaptable. Here are some key digital design requirements for graphic designers:

UX and UI Design

Understanding user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles is crucial for creating digital designs that are both visually appealing and user-friendly.

Web Design

Designing for the web requires knowledge of responsive design, web typography, and web-safe color palettes.

Motion Graphics and Animation

Skills in motion graphics and animation are essential for creating animated content.

Digital Illustration

Proficiency in vector-based software like Adobe Illustrator and Procreate is valuable for creating scalable illustrations.

Social Media Design

Understanding specific dimensions and formats for social media platforms is necessary for effective design.

Required Skills and Experience:

5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work.
