The role involves overseeing sales activities, developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.QualificationsProven experience in sales, with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) salesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and sales analyticsStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsMust have a minimum of 5 years experience in hospitalityBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentFluency in English; additional languages are a plus
