We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative / Document Controller to join our dynamic team at Moon Kids, a leading manufacturer of high-quality kids' furniture. The Administrative / Document Controller will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's administrative functions, supporting various departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our business.Key Responsibilities:General Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to various departments including Sales, Manufacturing, and Customer Service. Assist in maintaining organized filing systems, managing schedules, and coordinating appointments and meetings.Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, and customer information. Input data into relevant systems and generate reports as required. Manage document flow and ensure proper documentation retention.Order Processing: Collaborate with the Sales and Manufacturing teams to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the Production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.Office Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized office environment. Manage office supplies, place orders as needed, and ensure the office space is welcoming and functional.Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of communication, and follow-up tasks to ensure successful participation.Ad hoc Tasks: Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs.Qualifications:Proven experience (5 - 7 years) in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office software and communication tools.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Customer-focused attitude with the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Knowledge of kids' furniture & play equipment or related industries is a plus.Ability to work in fast paced environment and perform at high levels under pressure.Who Is This Job For:People that understand success comes through hard work.Candidates must be excel experts.People that like to work and want to work, learn and develop their skills.People that want to grow in their careers.People who need an opportunity to prove themselves.
