Direct message the job poster from SKLD Manpower ServicesThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of a company. The CFO's duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.The CFO is also responsible for the accurate reporting of financial results and ensuring compliance with all applicable financial laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities & RequirementsFinancial Planning and Strategy:Develop and implement the company's financial strategy.Oversee financial forecasting and budgeting processes.Ensure alignment of financial strategies with business objectives.Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.Manage financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury.Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial institutions.Leadership and Management:Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation within the finance department.Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial transparency and support for business initiatives.Identify and manage financial risks to the company.Implement robust financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.Oversee the company's investment strategies and manage assets and liabilities.Reporting and Analysis:Provide accurate and timely financial information to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.Conduct financial analysis and present findings to support strategic decision-making.Develop and maintain systems to track key financial metrics and performance.Corporate Finance:Oversee capital structure and fundraising activities.Manage mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance activities.Evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position.Proven track record of success in senior executive roles, preferably as a CFO, within the investment, finance, or related industry.Proven experience in financial management and strategy development.Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Fluent in Arabic and English.Skills:Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-making.Seniority LevelExecutiveEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionAdministrative
