Evaluate and choose suppliers based on various factors, including cost, quality, reliability, and compliance.Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, encompassing price, payment terms, and delivery schedules, to secure favorable agreements.Create, oversee, and manage purchase orders, ensuring they are accurate and complete. Monitor and track purchase orders throughout the procurement process.Conduct cost analyses and comparisons to determine the most cost-efficient suppliers and products while upholding quality standards.Continuously evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues or concerns related to quality, timeliness, or other relevant factors.Ensure that all procurement activities conform to company policies and relevant laws and regulations, including ethical sourcing and sustainability considerations.Collaborate with Human Resource teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize excess or obsolete stock.Maintain precise records of all procurement activities, encompassing contracts, invoices, and receipts.Implement cost control strategies to reduce procurement expenses while maintaining product quality and nurturing supplier relationships.As our ideal candidate, you will have:A bachelor's degree in any Engineering fields.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in procurement software and tools.Familiarity with pertinent procurement regulations and compliance standards.Keen attention to detail and robust analytical capabilities.Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
