Hiring for Head Nurse at Mediclinic Middle East in UAEJuly 28, 2024Company - Mediclinic Middle EastRequired Experience - Essential: At least 5 years' nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital/clinicJob DescriptionDesignation: Head Nurse - OPDTo lead and manage the nursing team in the provision of patient-centric and evidence-based nursing care, operational efficiency, and positive patient experiences.Industry Type: Medical/ Hospital/ HealthcareJob Period: Full TimeResponsibilities:To provide strong leadership and management guidance to the team.To ensure evidence-based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards.To ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that enables team engagement.To manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources in a cost-efficient and effective manner to enhance safe patient care.To monitor and manage compliance with legislative, regulatory, and clinical standards to ensure continuous quality improvement.Requirements:Demonstrate the ability to implement all five (5) stages of the Scientific Nursing Process (assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation).Presentation Skills.UAE Labour Law knowledge.Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.Cost management principles.Demonstrate Nursing functional competence (Nursing practice).Demonstrate the ability to manage meetings effectively.Quality management and governance standards and best practice.Risk management principles, systems, and best practice.Skilled in the demonstration and assessment of all relevant clinical procedures.Stock control principles and management.UAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirements.Workforce planning and scheduling.Desired Candidate Profile:Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute.
