The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through managing existing accounts and acquiring new customers. This position is perfect for someone with a background in business and marketing who is new to the workforce or has minimal work experience. The successful candidate will exhibit a proactive attitude, adaptability, and a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events. Qualify leads and convert them into new customers.Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their retail technology experience. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales performance metrics. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.Market Expansion: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities. Develop and implement plans to penetrate new markets. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales presentations. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients. Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries promptly. Gather customer feedback and work with the product team to improve offerings.Qualifications and Skills:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Open to new graduates or candidates with minimal work experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.Skills and Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.This is a Full-Time morning shift job. Salary varies between 5000 to 6500 AED per month depending on skills and years of experience.
