One of the leading real estate developers in the Kingdom.Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and execute strategic acquisitions and dispositions.Oversee the real estate investment strategy, including asset acquisition, portfolio management, and investment analysis.Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve financial and operational objectives.Identify growth opportunities and diversification strategies within the real estate investment and development sectors.Oversee the real estate development division, including project planning, design, construction, and marketing.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.Promote innovative approaches to real estate development and investment.Champion sustainability initiatives and corporate social responsibility.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Investment or Business Administration. Master's degree is preferred.Minimum of 20 years of experience in real estate development and investment, with at least 6 years in a CEO role.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate projects and driving company growth.
