Our client, a leading crypto trading firm, are actively seeking an experienced C++ developer with leadership/management exposure to join their team. The role:

• As the C++ Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our development team, driving innovation and excellence in their software solutions. You will lead a team of talented C++ developers, shaping the architecture and design of high-performance trading systems in the dynamic realm of crypto trading.
• Lead a team of C++ developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance trading systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project timelines.
• Drive software development best practices and ensure code quality through code reviews and mentoring.
• Architect scalable and reliable systems to support high-frequency trading operations.
• Research and implement industry best practices and emerging technologies in the crypto trading space.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of our trading platform.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in C++ development, preferably in the financial or trading industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing development teams.
• Expertise in designing and optimizing high-performance, low-latency systems.
• Proficiency in multi-threading, networking, and algorithm design.
• Experience with crypto trading platforms and protocols is a plus.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Linux, Git, and SQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
