Finance Assistant

Role: Finance Assistant Location: Kent (hybrid) Salary: £30-35k An exciting food and drinks manufacturer is seeking a dynamic, friendly, and intelligent individual to join its growing Finance team. This role will focus on financial compliance, reporting, and analysis, providing key insights into business performance. Responsibilities:

• Daily banking, payment allocation, and cash reconciliation.
• Opening accounts, analyzing credit requests, and collecting payments.
• Managing and resolving queries with sales and operations.
• Weekly cash flow forecasts, aged debt review, and invoicing.
• Month-end closure, sales ledger reporting, and credit balance analysis.
• Reconciling intercompany balances and major accounts.
• Supporting accounts payable and assisting with month/year-end reconciliations.

• Excellent communication across departments.
