Job Title: Business Development Representation (BDM) Location: Bengaluru, India Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through personalized emails, telephonic calls, and social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and online databases.
- Introduce the company’s products and services to the right buyers in targeted geographical markets.
- Research and identify key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and others.
- Analyze client needs, track their pain points, and develop tailored outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, qualifying their needs and interests.
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and relevant business/product teams.
- Manage and track the sales funnel while engaging with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to strategize on pipeline development and progress.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure adherence to company’s Information Security Policy and contribute to the protection of assets and security processes.
- 4-6 years of experience in selling software products or enterprise SAAS to mid-market companies (50-500 million in revenue).
- Experience in international markets, particularly the US, Europe, or Australia.
- Willingness to work in the time zone of the assigned geographical market.
- Proficiency with CRM/prospecting tools like LinkedIn, Outreach, Zoho CRM.
- Strong process orientation, target-driven, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- A strong desire to learn and succeed in tech sales and business development.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and dynamics.
- Technology background with knowledge of analytics, automation, and AI is a plus.
