Account Intern

Job Title: Account Intern Location: Mumbai Duration: 3 months About Us: Alchemy Group - WORD is looking for a credible and smart candidate to join their finance team. The Intern will be responsible for all incoming and outgoing transactions and to ensure that each transaction corresponds to the correct account, with the correct amount. Job Responsibilities:

• Make and evaluate all vendor vouchers and invoices in the system, and manage vendor registration and processing.
• Draft contracts and MOUs for successful and transparent vendor documentation
• Audit financial documents to ensure they are accurate and maintain the confidentiality of the financial records.
• Manage the company’s accounts to ensure on-time payments and oversee the software system for financial needs.
• Maintain the privacy of financial information and when necessary, backup databases
• Rectify any anomalies or inconsistencies discovered in the company’s financial documents and conduct a monthly reconciliation of accounts.
• Manage and conduct the billing and internal audit processes to ensure there are zero discrepancies.

• 0-1 years of experience in Operations.
• Experience in Data management and reconciliation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Data work.
• Good with Numbers.

• Problem-solving attitude. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Effectively meet Task requirements by working with teams across the organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills – You have clarity In what you communicate, whether over email, phone, or in person.
• Self-motivated – Ability to work in high-pressure environments and maturity to understand the business needs at all points.
