- An opportunity to lead on a key project relating to the Partial Internal Model (PIM)
- Interaction with key internal stakeholders, such as the Chief Actuary and CRO
- Good opportunity to refine and develop project and programme management skills
- Perform project planning and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to agree the delivery plan, including resourcing and IT requirements.
- Develop, draft and edit technical PIM documentation.
- Manage budgets and lead resources to achieve quality and timelines.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Motivate and empower the team to meet their objectives, coaching, guiding and supporting as required.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- • Technical knowledge of actuarial/financial systems and processes and/or Partial Internal Models.
- • Experience in people, risk and change management within roles as a project lead.
