The Opportunity Sunnybank Green Retirement Village is a tranquil community, set on well-maintained tropical gardens, offering a peaceful retirement living lifestyle for our independent living residents. As our Maintenance Gardener, you will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of our gardens, grounds and fixtures around the retirement community. You will attend to various maintenance requests around the village (basic domestic repair tasks), carry out preventative maintenance tasks (e.g high-pressure cleaning, smoke alarm checks and bins etc.), and be responsible for the maintenance of all village gardens including weeding, mowing, hedging, pruning, mulching and green waste removal. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with others and loves working in a small team. Requirements - Skilled in domestic repair or gardening tasks (e.g using tools, painting, mowing etc.)

• A genuine interest in learning new skills, being outdoors and hands-on who will enjoy chatting with residents
• A warm & caring personality with an interest to make a difference every day
• Valid driver's licence and two (2) COVID vaccinations (required)
• Current Police Check certificate (required, but if you do not have one, we can complete for you)
