Our Front Zone Department is after two new Team Leaders to join our epic team!

Role 1:

This role is a full-time position, working Sunday - Thursday with a total of 40 hours per week. This candidate will specialize in the Garden Section so garden knowledge is a plus!

Role 2:

This role is a full-time position, working Tuesday - Saturday with a total of 40 hours per week. This candidate will specialize in the Seasonal & Housewares Section.

What you can expect to do in this role:

• Working with a ‘ One Team ’ approach and providing friendly and helpful service to our customers
• Leading our team to success with a strong proven history of staff management in a busy retail environment
• Ensuring that departments' targets are met and that sales are being made
• Ensuring rosters are current and staffed correctly
