Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Analyst at assistara located in Noida. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for quality control, quality assurance, and quality management tasks associated with international BPO operations. Qualifications

  • Calls Audit & Analytical Skills
  • Ability to provide feedback and improve the overall process.
  • Good Communication skills
  • Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills
  • Experience in international BPO operations
  • Attention to detail and process improvement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
