Job Title: Brand Partnership Professional (1-3 Years Experience) Location: Navi Mumbai | Full-Time We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Brand Partnership Professional. You will be the key driver in connecting brands with unique influencer marketing opportunities, crafting strategies, and creating lasting partnerships. What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation & Research: Identify and research potential brand leads through market insights, networking, and creative outreach. Execute lead generation programs with a focus on quality conversions.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with brands, understanding their needs and helping them grow through strategic partnership initiatives.
- Strategic Sales: Create innovative sales pitches and strategies tailored to each brand, ensuring every conversation is impactful. Engage clients through cold calls and in-person meetings, discussing campaign execution.
- Achieving Targets: Exceed monthly revenue targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Track and report on outreach, conversations, and lead progression, staying on top of every opportunity.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing insights for improving business operations and client relationships.
- Pipeline Management: Forecast and manage your pipeline to ensure steady sales growth, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and exceeding goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in influencer marketing or media industries.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to brand needs quickly.
- Proven success in meeting revenue goals and building lasting relationships.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

- Ability to multitask, manage projects, and balance client expectations with precision.
