Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, industry best practices, and deep understanding of various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.), as well as integration between Salesforce and other platforms.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end solutions involving complex integrations, data flows, and multiple Salesforce instances.
• Designs and documents comprehensive scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
• Offers best practice advice and recommendations to stakeholders and Salesforce team around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy
• Leads technical requirements gathering or design workshops to derive the envisioned solution along with detailed architecture design and technical specifications
• Provides Salesforce architecture design expertise in integrating the Salesforce solution to target ecosystems
• Represent Data Model to help organization and stakeholders to understand, analyse and communicate around data assets.
• Provide Solution Blueprinting, mapping Salesforce features to Business requirements..
• Leads and facilitates project delivery to define business, functional, and technical requirements
• Capable of defining business processes using CRM & SFDC best practices
• Develops data integration, data migration and DevOps deployment strategies
• Provide coaching and establishing standards to development team during the implementation phase
• Preparation of Demonstration, orchestrating Proof of Concepts.
• Acts as a subject matter expert(SME) for salesforce team.
• Perform solution effort sizing and define delivery plan
• Assess, advocate for and approve external technologies, such as Salesforce AppExchange packages, for their suitability
• Engage in practice development initiatives and runs knowledge sharing forum
• Proactive problem solving skills and ability to suggest trade off on solutions between OOTB and custom code

• 10+ years of experience in delivering E2E solution design in large delivery engagements

• Has delivered multiple full end-to-end Salesforce.com implementations/projects, especially including highly integrated/complex ecosystems. Understands how to deliver capabilities on Salesforce stack.
