Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and report In Market and Factory sales.
- Register, retrieve, reconcile and verify information (commissions, leads, third parties) involved in sales process.
- Prepare sales related documents and presentations throughout sales process (proposals, contracts, sales kits, brochures, promotional materials).
- Follow up on the sales orders with production and logistic departments to ensure the products are available for timely shipment.
- Coordinate with purchase department on status and availability of RAW material.
- Liaise and coordinate with companies/agencies to provide superior customer service.
- Develop and maintain a sales filing system with up-to-date account history and a means for sending correspondence to customers/prospects without delay.
- Develop and maintain and regularly update files of competitors' activities, prices, product list, brochures, sales kits, etc.
- Provide regular insights gained from social media monitoring to the Manager to help them evolve strategies in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support for sales & marketing department.
- Organize and distribute periodic sales reports.
- Follow up on promotions, stock level, Debit Notes and Receivables.
- Act as a point of contact by providing information on products, estimates and shipment & delivery scheduling.
- Keep track of marketing related expenses.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Fluent in English, Expert in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales field preferably in FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal preferably bilingual.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and coordinate work activities.
