- Supervising the warehouses affiliated with the Purchasing and Supply Department in terms of their assets, organization, and facilitating the disbursement and delivery process. - Supervising the organization of warehouse records and books, monitoring warehouse assets, storage levels for various items, and following up on suppliers. - Following up on the preparation of reports and statements for missing, stagnant, damaged goods and items and contracts, ensuring the correctness and accuracy of procedures. - Supervising the conduct of periodic and surprise inventory operations of warehouses and ensuring that the actual inventory matches the balances of books and records. - Implementing inventory controls and maintaining high quality standards for auditing operations. - Ensuring the accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions. - Maintaining records, documenting the necessary data, and using reports on the status of inventory. - Following up on the performance of employees under his management and supervising them. Skills

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, English language.
  2. Ability to enter, retrieve and analyze data and prepare the necessary reports.
