Loyalty Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist

Working for this leading telecommunications operator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, your primary responsibilities will be to:
  1. Analyze consumer and usage data to gain insights into consumer behaviour and to provide recommendations on how to successfully manage the company’s loyalty programs.
  2. Prepare reports for various stakeholders such as program managers and business unit managers to evaluate the impact of the loyalty programs.
  3. Support the development, data extraction and reporting for promotional campaigns and offers.
  4. Conduct data mining such as customer tiering and campaign targeting.
  5. Monitor partner performance indicators and feedback reports.
  6. Support the preparation of the loyalty program budget.
  7. Oversee data quality and make recommendations on how to improve data collection and management.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in data-analysis and CRM.
  2. Experience in the telecommunications and loyalty sector is a great advantage.
  3. Must have experience in data mining tools.
  4. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science.
  5. Must have impeccable analytical skills.
