About the Role: The role holder is responsible for providing administrative support by assisting in the activities that facilitate the flow of work in the related Division/Business Unit/Department. Responsible for managing and providing all the paperwork, office procedures and other administrative tasks to facilitate operational requirements of the Division/Business Unit/Department. Core Responsibilities:

  1. Inform workers of management conditions of work, rules and regulations guiding the establishment to ensure adherence to company policies, and take disciplinary measures against workers who do not comply.
  2. Make available all work-related records such as attendance and efficiency scores to management for payment and other rewards.
  3. Provide workers with detailed feedback on their performance, especially when it does not meet company expectations, to encourage improvement.
  4. Draft shifts for workers and ensure compliance to avoid conflicts over noncompliance.
  5. Inspect all work equipment to identify shortages and damages, and report findings to management for resolution to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Resolve conflicts that may arise between workers on site, ensuring fair treatment for all parties involved.
  7. Keep accurate records of worker performance and ensure timely payments without shortages or victimization.
  8. Act as an intermediary between management and workers to facilitate communication and address complaints from both parties.
  9. Check all outgoing stocks to ensure they are in good condition and that all documents are accurately signed for proper documentation.
  10. Ensure timely stock inventory is conducted in line with stock balance to avoid mix-ups.
  11. Ensure all team members follow the SOP and take corrective actions if any deviations are identified.
  12. Ensure all set KPIs and SLAs are met.
  13. Manage staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
