Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and print comprehensive reports from active or inactive files, routine correspondence, requests, and sick leave as requested by other departments or services as indicated in the medical reports policies and procedures.
  2. Work on the Seha platform by verifying data by comparing it to source documents and transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems, retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested for approval by the auditor.
  3. Receive Efadh requests (program related to the Ministry of Finance) and perform self-quality checks on all work to assure the accuracy of the information released.
  4. Receive BAIN requests (program related to the Medical Commissions) and perform self-quality checks on all work to assure the accuracy of the information released.
  5. Provide the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center and Social Affairs with the necessary medical reports that contain the medical history, visual acuity, and percentage of disability.
  6. Receive calls on the hotline, answer questions, and distribute/sort phone calls appropriately to other sections if needed.
  7. Record, maintain, and seek approval for translation requests of medical reports and contact the patient after completion.
  8. Receive correspondence from CTS and government offices such as the Ministry of Health, General Medical Communities, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior, Police Department, and other institutions. Relay requested information from physicians and arrange replies to all correspondence.
  9. Safeguard all patient information and ensure it is received by himself or one of the first-degree relatives.
  10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports and identify trends for improvement.
  11. Set priorities and plan implementation of daily activities, ensuring implementation is completed in an organized manner following KKESH standards.
  12. Perform all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner.
  13. Perform all other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Two (2) years Diploma in Medical Records/Hospital Administration or equivalent from an accredited institute, with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a healthcare setting/medical reports (Essential). Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration or equivalent from an accredited institute with one (1) year experience in a healthcare setting/medical reports (Desirable).
