To learn more about us, visit: Office and Manufacturing Video: About Role As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of your assigned region, leading and mentoring a team comprising Territory Sales Managers and Distributors. Your key responsibilities encompass driving sales strategy implementation, orchestrating planned sales efforts, and ensuring stringent compliance, profitability, and cost control measures. In your role as the region's owner, you'll focus on training both the team and distributors on products and sales methodologies, conducting comprehensive periodic reviews, and strategizing to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas. Accountability for full-team and distributor compliance with Noccarc's defined sales process will rest with you. This includes the timely collection, review and submission of information and reports to Noccarc. In addition to these responsibilities, you'll spearhead market development by identifying potential Distributors and influential Key Opinion Leaders. You'll play a pivotal role in planning and actively participating in Expos, Conferences, and various Marketing events to drive the region's growth and visibility. Key Responsibilities • Leading and mentoring the sales team and distributors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets within the region. • Responsible for collections and ensuring trade receivables are kept within Noccarc’s policy. • Identifying and onboarding Key Opinion Leaders and managing them. • Identifying, appointing, reviewing and managing distributors in the assigned territory. • Developing and delivering monthly, quarterly and annual targets and while ensuring compliance and with Noccarc’s code of conduct for the sales team. • Taking ownership of the region's profitability through well-planned sales efforts and effective cost controls. • Motivating and empowering the team to make proactive decisions in customer communications. • Identifying, planning, and executing marketing activities within the region, representing Noccarc across different regional platorms. Job Requirements • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in science or equivalent. • 7+ Years of experience in selling high-value medical equipment to Hospitals. • 4+ Years of managing a sales team and distributors. • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficient in English and a regional language. • Experience of working and managing team using sales management tools. • Must have a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
