Assembler

Place of work: 2nd Industrial City, DACO, SPARK Working hours: 48 Hrs. / week Job purpose: Assemblers take care of all machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine's capability. They need to ensure that the machine works at its full capacity, oversee its functionality, and perform timely quality checks. They should be a self-starter and should be willing to undergo training, if need be, to understand the operations of new equipment. Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

1. Ensure the machines and tools are regularly checked and cleaned.
2. Monitor and control the machine's performance and settings.
3. Regularly conduct tests of the machine’s performance and operating capacity.
4. Inspect machinery with appropriate tools.
5. Fix any issues or malfunctions that may occur.
6. Keep an updated database on all of the machine’s information, defective units, and final products.
7. Maintain a log of the activity.
8. Regularly submit performance reports.
9. Assemble and test products to the engineering specifications.
10. Inspect the job as per the specifications.
11. Work largely unsupervised and be highly self-motivated.
12. Accountable for following the applicable documentation and ensuring compliance.

1. Stop the work if unsafe conditions arise.
2. Reject the use of defective equipment/materials that could affect QHSE.
3. Reject products that deviate from the prescribed working standards.
4. Get materials from the stores.

3. Knowledge of Assembly and testing procedures
4. Products packing & Handling
5. Knowledge of HSE Aspects, QMS, API, and ISO standard
