SURF Offshore HSE Supervisor Location: Doha, Qatar - Offshore - 28x28 rotation Contract Duration: Until 30 November 2026 Are you an experienced SURF Offshore HSE Supervisor with a passion for safety and leadership? Join our dynamic team in Doha and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and success of our offshore projects! Key Responsibilities:

• ️ Oversee and ensure the health, safety, and environmental compliance of offshore construction and commissioning activities.
• Implement and monitor compliance with applicable HSE standards and regulations.
• Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to NOC Standards and International codes/standards related to offshore safety.
• Lead and mentor a multicultural team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Utilize your comprehensive knowledge in HSE to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• ️ Manage documentation and reporting using computer programs for word processing, database management, spreadsheets, and e-mail communications.

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of verifiable experience in similar activities at an equivalent position.
• Offshore Experience: Familiar with offshore construction and commissioning activities, including SIMOPS.
• ️ Language: Fluent in English.
• Certifications: NEBOSH or equivalent, OPITO Certifications (H2S, T-BOSIET & AGT, OERTM & OERTL).
