Are you an organized, proactive, and customer-focused individual looking for a rewarding career in property management? Aaronz & Co Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties. You’ll be responsible for maintaining property standards, fostering positive tenant relations, and ensuring operational efficiency. If you’re passionate about real estate and have a knack for problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests.
  2. Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and move-ins/outs.
  3. Coordinate routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance services.
  4. Ensure properties meet safety and aesthetic standards.
  5. Collect rent, handle delinquencies, and manage budgets.
  6. Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts.
  7. Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers.
  8. Oversee vendor performance to ensure quality and timeliness.
  9. Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in property management or real estate.
  3. Strong understanding of property management software and tools.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
