MyHygge is seeking a talented Junior Digital Marketing Executive (SEO/SEM Specialist) to join their fast-paced start-up environment. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and creative individual with experience in social media management and content creation. In addition to these responsibilities, this role will also include a strong focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), ensuring our online presence is optimized to drive brand visibility and organic traffic.

Responsibilities

  1. Build digital media strategy.
  2. Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  3. Maintain our clients' social media presence across all digital channels.
  4. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  5. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  6. Evaluate competitors’ digital marketing strategies and create plans to overtake them.
  7. Create, maintain, and share weekly and monthly content calendars for each social media platform.
  8. Monitor, analyze, and report social media metrics to gain insights and optimize the marketing strategy.
  9. Launch well-optimized online advertisements through Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to amplify brand awareness.
  10. Manage and optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  11. Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and ongoing optimization for Google Ads and other SEM platforms.
  12. Play an active role in SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO audits.
  13. Track, analyze, and report marketing data to derive valuable insights for future campaigns, including social media metrics, email open and click rates, website traffic, and SEM performance.
  14. Conduct research and analysis of industry electric mobility and sustainability trends to ensure the company stays informed about the latest products, marketing strategies, and tactics.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  2. 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and SEO.
  3. Excellent copywriting, editing (photo/video/text), and presentation skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Graphic Design tools, Google Ads & Google Analytics.
  5. Experience with B2C social media management, Google Ads, campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
  6. Proficient in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate comprehensive SEM reports.
  8. Experience in creative content writing, content creation, and graphic design.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  10. Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, with exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
