Responsibilities:Strategic HR Planning: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Designing and executing effective recruitment strategies.Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and facilitating conversations.Performance Management: Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to employees.Training and Development: Identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and other development initiatives.Compensation and Benefits: Developing and managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures and employee benefits packages.HR Policy Development: Adapting, creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Employee Engagement: Designing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.HR Analytics: Utilizing data and analytics to drive HR insights and inform decision-making.Change Management: Leading organizational change initiatives and managing the impact of change on employees.Legal Compliance: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (Qatar/KSA) to ensure HR practices are compliant.Requirements:Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.People oriented and results driven.Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.In-depth knowledge of labor law (Qatar/KSA) and HR best practices.Benefits:Competitive Package.Health Insurance.Annual Flight.End of Services, Holidays and Vacation according to Qatar Labor Law.
