YOUR ROLE We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect to lead a critical CRM transformation project involving the consolidation and migration of two Salesforce instances into Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of Dynamics CRM solution
• Analyze existing Salesforce architectures and data models
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements
• Contribute to migration roadmaps and implementation plans
• Contribute to data migration strategies, including cleansing and validation
• Design system integration architectures
• Perform technical design reviews
• Develop technical documentation
• Manage technical migration risks

YOUR PROFILE Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software architecture experience
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in large-scale enterprise system migrations
• Domain experience in banking, clearing and settlements

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce to Dynamics CRM migration experience
• Knowledge of financial services technology ecosystems
• Certified Microsoft Dynamics architect credentials
