• Leading by example with your team including training & development.
• Driving individual and team sales performance / KPI's.
• Assisting the Store Manager with all in-store operations.
• Supporting store operations in terms of rostering, reporting & admin.
• Assisting the Store Manager with recruitment and performance management.

You will have:

• Prior experience as an ASM (Assistant Store Manager) or 3IC (Third in Charge) or keyholder in a retail environment.
• It is advantageous if you have jewellery experience and a passion for the industry.
• Strong admin skills to support with rostering, reporting etc.
• Outgoing, positive, energetic personality.
• A true passion for meeting/exceeding sales targets & KPIs.
• Drive to grow long-term in your retail career.
