Real Estate Agent (Commercial and Secondary Market)

Position Title: Real Estate Agent (Commercial and Secondary Market) Location: Sheikh Zayed road - Dubai, United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  1. Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
  2. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and attract new clients.
  3. Provide personalized property recommendations based on clients’ needs and budget.
  4. List properties for sale by ensuring accurate descriptions and appropriate pricing.
  5. Schedule and conduct property showings, and provide tours to potential buyers.
  6. Advise clients on how to enhance the appeal of their properties for sale.
  7. Stay updated on local market trends and pricing to offer clients the best advice.
Negotiation and Transaction Management:
  1. Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords.
  2. Review and advise on contracts and legal documents aligning with RERA rules and regulations.
  3. Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closings, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  4. Ensure all transactions comply with RERA rules and regulations.
  5. Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and property details.
  6. Keep clients informed about legal aspects of real estate transactions.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and local market conditions.
  8. Participate in training sessions, conferences, and workshops to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  1. Prefer Dubai Broker Card holder.
  2. Proven experience in real estate sales or related fields.
  3. Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Proficiency with real estate software, MLS (Multiple Listing Service), and other digital tools.
  8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
