Ensures adequate focus on personal professional growth relevant to taking on more challenging assignments, in line with standard audit career progression – proactively seeks relevant education and training opportunities.
Conducts assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end.
Identifies and communicates issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk.
Supervises junior auditors assigned to engagements, providing guidance and overall review of deliverables.
Ensures audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances, and risk.
Develops audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives.
Stays abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the client's business.
Develops a positive work environment and encourages teamwork.
Assists in preparing project plans, work programs, performing data analyses, documenting working papers, etc. as required by the execution team.
Assists in preparing client presentations and proposals for different target audiences – CXOs, Board of Directors, Audit Committees.
Manages performance of audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures.
Business development and growth of the practice in terms of revenue, team, and profitability.

Desired Profile

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, technology, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
CA, MBA, and prior Audit/Consulting experience with Big 4 or Strategy firms.
One or more relevant professional certifications (i.e. CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA, CA, ACCA).
Overall 15 plus years of relevant full-time work experience in Consulting/Internal Auditing.
Experience in leading consulting firms or a “Big 4” will be an added advantage.
Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
