Job Role
- Drive business development and networking to onboard new customers.
- Increase lending and branch growth, especially in Mortgages (BTL & CRE).
- Promote branch services including liability products, Lockers, FX, and Remittance.
- Build new business accounts and contribute to branch sales activities.
- Boost asset sales (BTL & CRE) through targeted new business and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain banking relationships via referrals, networking, and corporate links.
- Deliver exceptional service to brokers/customers, encouraging business placements.
- Participate in branch business events.
- Retain existing clients and maintain effective communication with management.
- Experience in promoting lending products, particularly BTL & CRE.
- Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market, especially BTL/CRE.
- Proven networking, influencing, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel; CeMAP or similar qualification is advantageous.
