Business Analyst

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Conduct in-depth modelling and analysis of existing insurance processes and systems and submit recommendations designed to deliver superior customer outcomes.
• Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
• Gather, validate, and document business requirements and translate them into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
• Collaborate with other project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation, and monitor project progress while identifying potential risks or deviations from the plan.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions to ensure that delivered solutions are of high quality and meet the specified requirements.
• To support collaboration with our globally based colleagues, the core hours for this role will be 10:30 am to 6:30 pm. These hours are designed to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork across our international operations.

• Extensive experience in project management, preferably within the insurance domain.
• Proven expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Platforms and their role in driving business efficiencies and customer engagement.
• Demonstrated proficiency in change management, business analysis, and relationship management.
• Strong strategic analytical capabilities, particularly in terms of enhancing internal processes and customer experiences.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models, coupled with Agile project management principles.
• A tertiary degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline is desirable or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong ability to work with global teams and adapt processes across different regions.
