- Manage enrolments, funding, and budget allocations effectively.
- Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education).
- Teaching Council of New Zealand Registration and current practicing certificate.
- Pūmau ki te reo Māori.
- Full drivers’ license.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a leadership position.
- Awareness of the ECE regulations and funding framework.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
