We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team in Ikeja. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating content, and growing brand presence online.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster community engagement.
Conduct research on current trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress and suggest improvements.
Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, contests, and other initiatives to grow our online presence.
Stay updated on emerging tools, platforms, and trends in social media.
Requirements:
Passion for social media and familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other editing software is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team, take feedback, and adapt quickly.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Prior experience in managing personal or business social media accounts is a bonus but not required.
