We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to oversee operations in UAE / KSA, with a particular focus on managing a broad spectrum of services in leading manufacturing, service and repair, and rental operations of equipment and tools, ensuring high standards across all functions. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving profitability, operational efficiency, HSE compliance, and client satisfaction through on-time delivery of products and services, aligned with company goals and client expectations. A background in manufacturing and oil and gas, especially in managing specialized facilities for Tubular repairs, services, and Downhole tool rentals is essential. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial performance of manufacturing, service, repair, and rental operations, managing budgets and driving profitability in line with company objectives.

Operational Oversight:

Lead all plant operations, ensuring effective performance across production, repair, rental services, logistics, and support functions.
Guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality products and services, meeting client specifications and industry standards.

Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance:

Foster a safety-first culture, implementing HSE best practices to ensure regulatory compliance and the highest standards of employee and environmental safety.

Client Management and Satisfaction:

Develop and sustain strong relationships with a wide client base, including major oilfield service companies, drilling contractors, and both international and national oil companies (IOCs/NOCs).
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing consistent quality in manufacturing and service operations, with proactive engagement to address client needs.

Leadership and Team Development:

Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team across manufacturing, service, customer service, engineering, procurement, and administration.
Foster inter-departmental collaboration to drive operational efficiency and overall performance.

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, lower costs, and increase efficiency in both manufacturing and service operations.

Experience: 15+ years in a senior management role within the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in overseeing large-scale manufacturing and service operations. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Reporting Structure:
