About Us We are an ambitious startup seeking an experienced fundraising professional to join our leadership team. This role offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to shape the future of an early-stage company.

Role Overview

The Director of Fundraising will lead all capital raising initiatives and investor relations, playing a crucial role in securing the company's financial future. This position reports directly to the Founder & CEO and will be instrumental in the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies for seed and Series A rounds within given timeframe.
Build and maintain relationships with angel investors, venture capital firms, and other potential investors.
Create compelling pitch decks and investor presentations.
Lead due diligence processes.
Structure and negotiate investment terms.
Establish investor relations protocols and communications.
Collaborate with the leadership team on financial modeling and business planning.
Secure a minimum of 9-15 strategic partnerships in the first year post-funding.
Generate partnership-driven revenue or value equivalent to set targets.
Establish partnership evaluation and management framework.
Create scalable partnership program structure.
Monitor fundraising landscape and identify strategic opportunities.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investment banking.
Proven track record of successfully closing investment rounds.
Strong network within the investment community.
Excellence in financial modeling and valuation.
Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

Compensation Structure

Initial Phase: No base salary during fundraising period.
Post-Funding:
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
Significant equity package.
Performance bonuses tied to fundraising & partnership milestones.
Full benefits package upon funding.

Success Metrics

Successfully secure initial funding round within agreed timeframe.
Develop a robust pipeline of qualified investors.
Establish effective investor relations infrastructure.
Meet or exceed fundraising targets.
