This position is On-site We have job openings: 830am-530pm Pay for this position is $35/hr This role is preferably based in Mississauga. Please note this office will be then transferred to Milton (ON) so we need someone flexible to eventually drive there. Marketing Assistant - Sales Support and Order Management Responsibilities: - Modify orders for products that are no longer available by identifying suitable replacement products. - Oversee the change order process and manage approval drawings. - Communicate order statuses effectively to all relevant stakeholders. - Track and manage reserve funds for the price difference between discontinued products and their replacements. - 1-5 years of preferred experience in project coordination within the electrical industry. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills. - Effective communication and facilitation skills. - Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
