Senior Salesforce Developer (LWC & FSC) - Hybrid - Toronto Multiple positions!!! Location: Toronto and Montreal, Hybrid (3 days/week in-office) Industry: Banking / Financial Services Contract Type: Full-time About the Role: We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join a leading banking client in Toronto and Montreal. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major digital transformation initiative, while leveraging your Salesforce expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
- Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable solutions tailored to the banking and financial services sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, business analysts, architects) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform integration with various external systems and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Guide and mentor junior Salesforce developers, helping to elevate team knowledge and skills.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability of developed solutions.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, specifically in LWC and FSC .
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex , Visualforce , and Salesforce Lightning framework.
- Proven experience in building custom solutions in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, version control).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Salesforce certifications (e.G., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant).
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies .
