Manager (social content / healthcare /up to $6000) -mjo hospital Job Responsibilities: The Role: The position contributes to the Companies’ business success by providing counsel, developing and managing a range of consumer engagement strategies about how our brands should interact with our target audiences, helping secure their loyalty to the greatest extent and fostering word of mouth growth. The candidate will need to demonstrate expertise at engagement, building loyalty and at response crisis communications on a mass scale. Key Accountabilities : You’ll need the endorsement of people, sites, brands, and properties who already have large audiences. Company-wide social content strategy to drive leads Content creation –bloggers engagement, writing blog posts, newsletters and create material for social media channel Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Facebook, forums and other relevant online properties Patients relations – this position needs to work closely with Clinical Operations Team, answering questions that come in through social channels, websites, and email Analytics – Use Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives. Demonstrate strong project management skills including: conceptualization; analysis; driving alignment; planning resources; managing across teams; managing milestones and objectives and be responsible for overall project, content or campaign success. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree 6 - 8 years of experience planning and implementing social media efforts for clients. Industry wide expertise and reputation as thought and developmental leader with a proven track record of success in key social channels. Proficiency working with major social channels. Strong leader.
