Job Title: Interim Commercial Finance Director (12 months) Location: London (3 days per week) Rate: £600 Start: Immediate CK10058 Finatal is partnered with a high-growth private equity backed FMCG business who are searching for an energetic Commercial Finance Director. As they prepare for an exit within the next 12-18 months, they are looking for a talented individual to lead the development of a data cube to support the transaction. The Opportunity: This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-profile transaction. You will work closely with an industry-specialist CFO who has extensive experience in both private equity portfolios and funds. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the company's future. Required Qualification and Skills:
- ACA
- Transactional services background.
- Proven experience in leading the financial modelling and analysis process for a company undergoing an exit.
- Strong background in transactional services, with a deep understanding of exit strategy and valuation methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience working within the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in building and managing complex financial models, including data cubes.
