The Role: As the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing & Business Growth , you will lead a high-performing manufacturing division while driving the strategic growth of our B2B market presence. This role is a unique blend of operations leadership, business growth, and innovation, requiring someone who thrives on delivering measurable results and scaling organizations to new levels. You will have full ownership of the division’s success, overseeing end-to-end operations, championing product excellence, and implementing strategies that align with Centra’s ambitious growth objectives. You will play a critical role in market expansion, ensuring Centra continues to set the benchmark in product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the building products industry. This means optimizing every aspect of our manufacturing processes, strengthening key customer partnerships, and identifying new opportunities for revenue and market dominance. - Operational Excellence : Oversee the optimization of manufacturing operations across multiple facilities. Drive efficiencies, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain industry-leading quality standards.
- Market Expansion & B2B Leadership : Develop and implement strategies to expand Centra’s B2B footprint. Strengthen partnerships with key customers, deliver tailored solutions, and drive business growth.
- Product Innovation & Differentiation : Spearhead product development initiatives that align with customer needs and industry trends. Ensure innovation remains a cornerstone of Centra’s competitive advantage.
- Financial & Performance Accountability : Take ownership of divisional P&L, ensuring profitability, operational efficiencies, and financial sustainability. Use data and analytics to inform decisions, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership & Development : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across manufacturing, sales, and operations. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Alignment : Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Installations to align manufacturing capabilities with customer demand, market opportunities, and business objectives.
- Process Improvement : Champion continuous improvement initiatives across all facilities, focusing on lean processes, resource optimization, and scalable growth.
- Industry Expertise : 10+ years of senior leadership experience in building products manufacturing, ideally in windows and doors or construction materials.
- Growth & Scalability : Demonstrated success in scaling a business unit, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share in competitive B2B sectors.
- Manufacturing Operations Mastery : Proven ability to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance quality, and improve operational efficiency across multiple facilities.
