- Pay all invoices accurately, promptly and within payment terms
- Code and enter invoices onto the SUN Accounts Package
- Send out invoices for authorisation to relevant cost centres across the company
- Run payment reports and upload into Lloydslink online platform
- Statement reconciliation’s
- Carry out payment enquiries from suppliers
- Create End of Month reports and assisting with yearly audit
- Make deductions where applicable to payments
- Code and enter company credit card expenses, cheque requests, petty cash and expense claims for all employees/branches
- Pay company expense claims weekly
- Deal with supplier reconciliation and email queries within 24 hours of email receipt
- Continually update all relevant spread sheets
- Other ad-hoc administration duties
- Experience in a similar role is preferable
- Competent user of all Microsoft Office programs
- Proactive, hard-working with a 'can do' attitude
