The Talent Acquisition, Specialist works closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve staffing needs, determine selection criteria and source potential candidates. The Talent Acquisition, Specialist will manage and coordinate all communication with candidates during the sourcing and interviewing process and is responsible for maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity. Responsibilities - Maintain all relevant information about candidates and recruitment campaigns - Consult with hiring managers to help them make optimal hiring decisions - Execute a strategic recruiting plan and provide an engaging and positive experience for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures - Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates, including interviews, offers, salary negotiations, and start dates - Embed diversity conversations in all recruitment and sourcing activities - Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, collaborate with them to understand their needs, and develop a plan for successfully sourcing qualified candidates for each position - Establish and continuously pipeline qualified talent for current and future hiring needs - Provide feedback and follow-ups to ensure a positive candidate experience - Provide training on recruitment tools and processes to hiring managers - Facilitate pre-interview assessments (if applicable). - Keep current on recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and social media channels Education - Human Resources Management (Bachelor's degree) Skills - Recruiting Strategies (Intermediate)- Applicant Tracking Systems (Intermediate)- Labor and Employment Laws (Intermediate)- Networking (Intermediate)- Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- The effectiveness of data-driven recruiting strategy (example time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire, candidate experience, sourcing channel efficiency, interview to offer ratios, offer acceptance rate, hiring manager satisfaction, Career site visit to application ratio, )- Building greater focus on DE&I into recruiting programs - Deliver Training (manager training etc.) Omnicom Media Group Canada is committed to having a workplace that respects diversity and inclusion as reflected in the various designated groups.
