Workplace: Ribeirão Pires - SP Responsibilities: Supervise the institutional sales area and respective team, ensuring compliance with commercial policies. Manage and monitor electronic/presential bids, prepare technical & commercial responses for participation and challenges of bids. Draft responses to various official documents. Manage accounts in collaboration with planning areas. Monitor sales goals and indicators. Maintain relationships with distributors and clients, and with regional regulatory and supervisory bodies. Manage Key Accounts, monitor results, and ensure customer satisfaction to optimize operational returns. Implement strategies and tactics aimed at increasing internal team productivity. Prepare and analyze management reports. Participate in and manage bids. Facilitate interpersonal relationships and communicate clearly and objectively. Understand and propose improvements in sales policy. Monitor relevant legislation. Coordinate with planning and establish product delivery timelines. Achieve sales objectives. Train internal team members. Oversee internal and external audits. Assist consultants in customer support. Clarify technical product data. Identify and offer products and conditions that best meet customer needs. Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Advertising and Marketing, Accounting, or related fields. Desired Education: Postgraduate degree in Sales. Desired Skills: Intermediate Excel, Intermediate English, knowledge of SAP, knowledge in bidding processes, experience with electronic bids.
