This is a 12-month contract position for an IT Tech Lead at a prominent technology company in New Zealand that develops software solutions for enterprise and mid-sized businesses. The role involves leading a team of 20 professionals across development, security, infrastructure, data, and reporting functions. - Team leadership and professional development of IT staff
- Strategic IT planning and infrastructure management
- Budget oversight and vendor relationship management
- Cybersecurity and risk management
- Project leadership and implementation
- Technical support and problem resolution
- Cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder communication
- At least 5-7+ years of senior IT management experience
- Strong enterprise-level infrastructure and cloud technology expertise
- Experience with network management, virtualization, and ITIL
- Proficiency in security protocols and disaster recovery
- Strategic thinking capabilities
