What You Will Do The Treasury and A2R analyst works closely with Local Senior Analyst to ensure Treasury and Account to Report activities for the local market and performed accurately and timely. The accountabilities of this position include managing of local payments, including foreign payments and Intercompany. Moreover, this role acts as a critical bank liaison for local team and key point of contact of contact for Cash and Bank Operational teams. In the context of Account to Report, the Treasury and A2R analyst plays a key role in tax calculations, supporting the Local Senior Analyst to address queries and any other action that may be required. Additionally, the role is instrumental in supporting the market with Purchase Orders creation, receipting and invoicing. Key Responsibilities

• Management of local, foreign, and Intercompany payments.
• Management of bank accounts, including interbank transfers and funding.
• Support teams with bank accesses and payments.
• Provide cash flow forecasts, action follow ups and obtain approvals.
• Support the local business with Purchase Orders creation and receipting.
• Perform reporting, reconciliation and work with relevant teams for clearing of the Purchase Orders.
• Support the preparation of any tax-related calculations.
• Escalate any issues or potential complications concerning complex payments or activities to the attention of the Local Senior Analyst for prompt and effective resolution.
• Stakeholder Interaction:
• Local Senior Analyst:
• The Treasury & A2R Analyst will closely support the Local Senior Analyst on matters pertaining to entity financial reporting documents and other local filings, audit requests, etc.
• Finance Operations teams:
• The Treasury & A2R Analyst will support the Finance Operations sub-teams with payment related activities and supporting any audit related matters.

Qualifications What We Are Looking For Education:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required in Finance / Accounting / Business Management.
• Proficient spoken and written use of the English language

Experience and Skills: Required:

• Experience in Excel, and other Microsoft tools, experience in SAP preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting/Business, leadership, problem-solving, process improvement, and communication.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, matrix style environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to execute and follow through on key tasks and ensure key documentation requirements are met.
